Was able to downsize my office and rent by 50%. I reduced my commute from six minutes to 30 seconds and that is both a blessing and a curse. Can’t easily right click and the left click goes inactive if you switch to another phone app and go back. Always have to end up killing the app and signing back in to regain the left click. It will disconnect and reconnect over time. I gave it every permission it said it needed, I stopped my computer from going to sleep, and the MOMENT I go off my home network this garbage program is unable to connect to my Mac. I am a tech-savvy individual - I know I set it up as specified, I can follow a freaking list. Oh, also, because then I thought to try accessing it via the browser and, for a hot minute, it actually worked. But, of course, I closed the lid of my iPad and *POOF* no more connectivity. My name is Rodrigo Magri, CEO & Founder of DuallyTec, a company I have been running since 2012, serving over 200 clients, and I had been using TeamViewer since 2014 in my professional environment. I must admit that when I decided to adopt Splashtop’s solution, I had some hesitation. I had been a TeamViewer customer for many years and was concerned about switching from a tool that was already well established in my environment. However, after using Splashtop and especially after experiencing the level of support I received, my perception changed completely. At one point, I encountered an issue where the tool stopped working. That’s when I was assisted by Italo Nava, a Splashtop team member who demonstrated an exceptional level of care, professionalism, and commitment. Even though I am not a high-volume customer, I was treated as if I were. Italo dedicated his time, involved his team, and followed through with genuine care until the issue was fully resolved. Splashtop made me feel truly valued as a customer. This experience goes far beyond software — it reflects people, respect, and real commitment. Today, using the solution and backed by this level of support, I recommend Splashtop with complete confidence. ### 5/5 — happy *2025-06-11, version 3.7.4.2* On the first day but of too a good start been having problems with remote desktop from ipad to a desktop resolution of 3440x1440 most apps give me a wide narrow view of the remote desktop and it’s to small to work with splashtop’s best fit setting works perfectly filling the ipad pro entire screen and making it very easy to work with. Must say though the default view initially was the same as the other app’s wide narrow view.
