Works really great. 
And by the way, the language issue has been fixed. Easy to toggle between English or German, if preferred.

I got the app after reading the authors' paper in the April 2016 edition of the journal Radiology. As a Radiologist I see plenty of normal and abnormal spleens. It's good to have an accessible reference tool for spleens that measure around the upper limit of "normal".
