## What is Split Planner for HYROX?

Type your goal finish time. Get all sixteen splits, eight runs, eight stations, and every roxzone crossing, in the order you will actually race them.

Most pacing plans treat the eight 1 km runs as identical. They are not. For the same effort, the run after the sled push is around 10% slower than your first, and the run after the lunges is worse. Pacing all eight flat is the most common way a goal time dies at station five. Race Pacer budgets that fade into your plan from the start.

WHAT YOU GET

• Every split for your goal time, in race order
• Run targets corrected for compromised running
• The roxzone costed, sixteen crossings, and what ten seconds each is worth
• Loads for Men and Women, Open and Pro
• Log your station times and the plan re-solves around your real numbers
• Race mode that calls each segment on the day

BUILT ON REAL SPLIT DATA

Targets are modelled from published HYROX finish distributions, then adjusted by whatever you log. Every target shows a range, because nobody hits 5:47 on demand.

Race Pacer is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HYROX or Upsolut Sports AG.
