## What is SplitBill?

Use a picture of a receipt and split the expenses!


KEY FEATURES

• Mark & sum up numbers
With an active card at the bottom, tap on any number on the image. The number will be marked on the image and added to the card.

• Custom cards
Sum up numbers under customisable cards. A card can be anything, such as people or budget categories.

• Distinguish expenses
See which expenses already belong to another card and which ones are summed up under the current one.

• Total amount
See the total amount of all cards or mark the total amount on the image and automatically calculate the remainder.

• Add or correct numbers
Add new numbers that aren't highlighted by double tapping on them. If a number is recognised, but the amount is wrong simply open up the card by tapping on it, tap on the value and enter the correct value.

You can only use the app if you scan a receipt. You can’t manually enter in a bill.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear the app wasn’t what you expected. It’s specifically designed to scan bills and sum expenses, if you’re using Apps like Splitwise it’s a great little helper/companion.

If you use YNAB this is an excellent app (although certainly not limited to being a companion app). Thank you so much for adding export of scans. I can now easily workflow handling receipts and payments for work.

But doesn’t always work when receipts itemise and have multiple prices per line. It also doesn’t save photos so I lost a receipt after giving up trying to use app in front of people; thought I could split it later.

With the new version out today, both of your issues should be resolved: the current photo should be restored and multiple prices in one line should be individually selectable.
