You can have stories and lore, but keep all of it completely separated from the game. Absolutely no in-game character bios with pronouns and sexual orientation. You are guaranteed to go the way of Concord if you put any gender politics into what is supposed to be a fun competitive shooter and nothing more. I do not want Splitgate 2 to fail. ### 3/5 — Not bad, interested for the future *2024-08-24* Structured pretty well for a gaming companion app, but it’s still pretty empty (expected for the first week). Crashed once while reading the comics (did not expect spligate to get comics). I hope 2 gets all of the same gamemodes from 1, because replaying capture objectives is kind of boring. As of now, super excited to see where the sequel goes. However, this app seems to like to crash a lot, and there isn’t much to do on it yet. Most will only visit this app once and be done, or will only revisit whenever they drop a new comic. I hope the app will have more uses when the game comes out, like perhaps you can customize your loadouts/locker without having to be on the game, and it’ll sync up, just an idea. ### 4/5 — Cool app, one small flaw *2024-07-19* The app is cool, and it’s nice to see Splitgate get some lore.
