Purchased lifetime IAP doesn’t restore!

I purchased the lifetime unlock on my iPad mini, but the unlock can’t be restored on my iPhone. Please tell me this is a bug.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern. The issue where Lifetime Unlock could not be restored between different devices has been fixed in the latest update. You do not need to purchase again. If your Lifetime Unlock is still not restored, please go to: SplitJam → Settings → “Restore Lifetime Purchase Issue” Please submit the following information: • App Store receipt • Purchase date • Transaction ID • Screenshot of your purchase After we verify your purchase details, we will provide a redemption code to restore your Lifetime Unlock and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
