# SplitJam:Audio Jam AI Splitter — user reviews > 6 indexed App Store user reviews of SplitJam by 家林 黎, rated 1.30/5 from 3 ratings. - Source: https://appshunter.io/ios/app/splitjamaudio-jam-ai-splitter/id6765638522/reviews - App overview in markdown: https://appshunter.io/ios/app/splitjamaudio-jam-ai-splitter/id6765638522.md - Rating breakdown: 5★ 0 · 4★ 0 · 3★ 0 · 2★ 1 · 1★ 2 ## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — coming from a pacifist: FRAUDULENT 👎 *2026-08-22* there are plenty of other stem splitters. i've eaten costs in the past and never directly called out fraudulent behavior: but I'll rest easily if Apple screens these developers for FRAUDULENT behavior & ACTIVITY. their services are noncompliant with Apple's TERMS OF SERVICE. allow me to explain. as dealt with personally: they're not going to reply to your email when looking for an IAP restore—as claimed in their automated response to the first user they SCAMMED as shown per reviews. their system (through RevenueCat) quite literally assigns different client numbers per *device*, which means you're not only restricted to a single device, opposed to iOS cross-compatibility; but you're entirely dependent on their response, in which they request a whole lot of personal information (screenshots, purchase info) which they should already have on-file. all to never respond. they include a "purchase not restored?" button directly below the 'restore' button in the app—which is outlandish and preemptive. it's also not by mistake. they're preying on those too impatient in whichever capacity to just purchase again. likely sourced from seeing their competitors only offer subscription options, hence their increase in price, and subsequent separate purchase identifier vs the original which likely had my [and others] credentials linked to it. if not that, then they simply didn't segue their past purchase identifiers to RevenueCat. either way: AVOID them at all costs. like said, there are plenty of other developers worthy of your lifetime investment. please do not support CORRUPT development teams. thank you in advance. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the frustration you experienced. The purchase restoration issue you encountered was a bug, and it has now been fixed. If your Lifetime purchase still isn’t restored, please go to Settings → “Restore Lifetime Issue” in the app and use that option to contact us. If possible, please submit the request from the device you originally used to make the purchase. This will provide us with the information we need to locate and verify your purchase. Please also include your Apple purchase/transaction ID and a screenshot of your App Store purchase receipt with your request. Once we receive it, we’ll verify your purchase as soon as possible and restore your Lifetime access. We’ll also provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. We sincerely apologize for the trouble, and we’d be happy to make sure your original Lifetime purchase is honored. ### 1/5 — Why 2 star *2026-08-13* This app does not help at all this is a bummer for free if this stuff actually let me di music I would use it more to be honest sound lab was better sorry not for me **Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback. If you’re willing to share what you were hoping to do with the app, we’d really appreciate the feedback. ### 2/5 — Purchased lifetime IAP doesn’t restore! *2026-07-30* I purchased the lifetime unlock on my iPad mini, but the unlock can’t be restored on my iPhone. Please tell me this is a bug. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern. The issue where Lifetime Unlock could not be restored between different devices has been fixed in the latest update. You do not need to purchase again. If your Lifetime Unlock is still not restored, please go to: SplitJam → Settings → “Restore Lifetime Purchase Issue” Please submit the following information: • App Store receipt • Purchase date • Transaction ID • Screenshot of your purchase After we verify your purchase details, we will provide a redemption code to restore your Lifetime Unlock and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
