Игра в лотерею, то работает, то не работает... Бесконечное общение со службой поддержки калит...

Оплатила годовую подписку, в итоге приложение с трудом работает пару дней в месяц. Смены подключения/Стран/перезагрузка ничего не помогает.  А служба поддержки сделала ровным счетом ноль. От них приходили одни отписки, что вот-вот починим. Даже дали один месяц бесплатно. Только вот смысл от этого месяца, когда вы не работаете должным образом, и не можете организовать нормальную работу ваших агентов поддержки? Подписку я уже отменила и хотела бы вернуть средства за оставшиеся месяцы.
