Raised query then he requested for reschedule. This time when groomer came it was told clearly to him, to keep the hair not shorter than 1.5 inch and he agreed for it. He cut it 0 cut and later told some stories that why it couldn’t be done with 1.5 inch. it was not possible then he should have told this to us before we would have taken call accordingly. Highly unprofessional who screwed our entire plan, he was supposed to go for a function and groomer ruined it completely. (Day2) I booked again for same time slot. No one attended, no call assurance, nothing. No one came for grooming service i booked for. Pretty horrible experience, if no groomers are available please don’t launch the app for those particular areas!. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2025-01-20* Very Unprofessional behavior, cancel’s walk without notice and fails to replace walker before the scheduled walk. I had booked a month subscription to check their services i had a plan to upgrade to twice a day walk services but in the beginning they cancelled 3 walks before the service can begin and after giving 6 walks their walker cancelled 2 more walks - i was out of town my parents are aged they cant take my dog on walk i had to cancel my plans and get back home after booking an expensive immediate flight. Their services are unreliable, they didnt inform me about the situation or did anything about it until i contacted them back. The walking services are personalised as per dogs (age and breed). Their team is proactive and takes care of aligning every single walk on time. The walkers are trained and reliable. My dog jumps with joy and excitement when it’s time for walk and the Sploot walker comes up at my door. 10/10 recommended to everyone! ### 1/5 — Irresponsible/ non responsive / arrogant /horrible /UNPROFESSIONAL *2024-12-09* They don’t stick to the timings , walkers cancel whenever they want and they don’t inform you . You keep waiting all day . Highly un professional . They only have 4 people in customer support who can’t do anything but escalate the issue . Totally waste of time and effort . The walkers are late and they don’t arrive on time. If you are about to use this app looking for a dog walker, don’t bother. Highly recommend it to all dog parents! ### 1/5 — Very Disappointed *2024-09-12* My experience so far with Sploot has been very disappointing. They are novice in their work it seems. I availed trial walk, and on first day only no one turned up. Then after an hour i got a call saying walk has been rescheduled. Then when i availed their service, walker was supposed to arrive at 4:30pm but he did not turn up. I did not receive any update either on call or chat, neither from sploot care nor from walker, despite chat option being available in the app. I guess its just a time pass app not fully functional with admin and operational requirements still being figured out. So far its been pathetic. I thought i will be tension free but its the exact opposite. 😞 **Developer response:** We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with our service.
