I absolutely love Splosh products, the app is incredibly infuriating! I’ve had items in my basket for weeks and each time I try to pay it won’t accept my card details. I’ve tried several cards and each time there’s a problem and I can’t order! It’s driving my insane as I have to keep re-entering my card details and it doesn’t work! 
I’d sort this quickly Splosh before your customers go elsewhere!

As others have said, I can’t amend my subscription in the app. It just jumps to the top and then goes blank. Worse than useless.

Dreadful app that just keeps hanging and won’t let me pay for products in my basket. Actual products - when you can order them or they’re not out of stock - are good.

Unfortunately to change your subscriptions you have to use the app. It’s a nightmare to scroll through and constantly takes you back to the top. You click on a product and it takes you back up and alters the wrong ones, so you have to keep redoing. Would be far better to be able to just go onto the website and change your deliveries from there. Nice idea to use the app but it’s a pain. Shame, because the products and customer service are fantastic. Just wish the app was as user friendly.

You can’t scroll down on the order page so can only order the first couple of items in any category. Useless until this is fixed. :(

Splosh is the kind of company you feel should have one of the shiniest apps around seeing as though they’re a start up changing consumer habits. But alas it does not. Mine has added subscriptions on top of buying normally when I didn’t want them and now is not showing any product to buy at all - just the whirly symbol. I’m in the market for other subscription services, maybe now’s the time to move.

I love the Splosh products. And the app in many ways is great - it’s easy to place an order once you have an account and the subscription option makes it even easier. 
But changing those subscriptions is a nightmare. On the subscriptions page, I scroll down to the product and the page snaps up to the top again. Or I manage to press an option to change the sub and the same thing happens, or the ‘confirm’ box is out of sight and irretrievable. Or the page just freezes. 
This is obviously a persistent problem that needs looking at.

Would have given a 5* except I needed to add a new card and it made me type the long number in instead of using the camera.

This used to be a great app - so easy to re-order at the touch of a few buttons. Now it requires logging in every time and requires you to re-enter your card details every time too - so frustrating. Could you please rectify this? Thank you

Update: this appears to have been fixed now so either it’s an intermittent error or the problem was solved.

I can’t scroll in this app so can only select the top item in each category (and they’re not even the ones I use).  So no use to me whatsoever.  Thankfully I can order refills from the website.
