I’ve tried everything—hard deleting the app to flush cache, rebooting my phone, even switching networks—but nothing helps. At this point, the app is completely unusable. This is frustrating because when it worked, it was a useful tool for on-the-go access. But reliability matters, and right now the app just doesn’t deliver. Please fix this issue so customers can actually use it. ### 1/5 — Doodoo *2023-04-16* No support for self hosted instances. ### 1/5 — Why can’t I just enter server location? *2020-05-29, version 2.2.3* I don’t understand why I can’t just enter my Splunk server location and then enter in login credentials. Please!! *2019-07-16, version 1.4.2* They’ve started the journey but they’re really only just out of the car park. Now’s the time to take it to the next level!! ### 3/5 — Basic *2019-07-16, version 1.4.2* Functional would be the word to summarise this app. 1. For some reason the developers didn’t choose to tick the box in Xcode to allow landscape views of charts so everything is stuck in portrait mode. 2. Tables only display the first seven lines. They can scroll left/right but not up/down. 3. Dashboard layout doesn’t carry over to the app - all charts/tables display in a single column. 4. The iPad version isn’t an iPad version really, just a zoomed in iPhone one (like apps used to be 10 years ago). On the upside it does appear to be robust and hasn’t crashed (yet). ### 3/5 — iPhone app only *2019-06-12, version 1.4.0* No searches. Just portrait. Cloud Gateway. edit: it was not possible to connect to another server without unregister From a view of Splunk Admin this App is almost useless ### 4/5 — New updates are great, but lacking viz support *2020-08-27, version 2.6.0* The constant updates have really improved the reliability of the app, my only complaint is the lack of visualisation support. Understandably it takes time to migrate them over and not all visualisations are optimised for mobile. Besides that it’s a shame there are some great third party visualisations on splunkbase that will likely never make it to this app, at least not any time soon. Coverage of all the default/standard Splunk visualisations would have me at 5 stars ### 4/5 — nice App and helpful *2019-11-11, version 2.0.1* We use the App for one year. The changes in the UI are a step in the right direction. Now we have daily problems with re-registration. for the app. Why is there no possibility to repair the existing registration?
