Limited need. ### 2/5 — Slow loading *2024-03-18, version 7.69* When trying to set a different notification sound this does not save to default and plays a sound not selected at all. ### 2/5 — Dated *2024-02-06* The app is very limited. Even as a global admin I can’t assign on-call to someone for a team I’m part of which is unhelpful during critical issues. As it relates to the service, overrides are bobo. As a member across multiple trams, if I create an override I am forced to assign a resource regardless if I’m actually on-call during that time the override is set for. When SSO with 2fa is needed using laptop to access website is literally faster (cause website remembers me and app not). Other functionally is also either missing or inconvenient to use. Take your UI designer (and stop using babies with tiny fingers, it’s illegal and against the rules!). 2. Make him oncall for 5 nights in a row. 3. Force him to acknowledge, reroute, snooze and resolve alerts based on some small parts of alert descriptions. 4. Wait for 2 nights. 5. On the day 3 you got a good UI. 6. On the day 4 you got a brilliant UI. 7. If you didn’t, return this designer to his previous barista job and hire a new one. 8. Lets make Ack button smaller and place it near another button, to make it harder to aim. Then... It’s a big issue and we’re sending lots of notifications? Let’s hide “Ack all of your triggered incidents” under “. . .”, engineer should learn our app during incident or click on each incident separately to lose his time. And last: We heard you like feature to take on-call in one click navigating to on-call engineer. Well, we made 3 improvements here: first, we will stop showing you for which team engineer is being on-call atm. You have to findout first. Then let’ remove on-call status from profile also. Haha, you clicked on every engineer and didn’t foun who’s on-call. And also finally anyway we removed take on-call from mobile. Go to web version, that’s what we’re trying to tell you. Stop using phone, switch back to emails... ### 1/5 — Horrible *2020-02-04* The UI is slow and laggy, and the app force logs you out at the drop of a hat. Why do you log me out? You think I’m dying and desperate to be on-call? While your app is taking forever to load!! It is supposed for escalating urgent matters, yet i have to wait forever just to ack the alert!!! And wow the web version is blazing slow!! I can finish my cup of coffee while it is spinning. Sad. ### 1/5 — Don’t try and finish setting your account up *2024-10-18, version 7.69* In the app, don’t try and finish setting up your account as it then wants a mobile nbr with + at the start rather than 00. There is no + on the keyboard they provide and no a long press on 0 doesn’t work. So you enter 00447xxxxx but that fails too. No problem, enter your mobile nbr in notes with a + and copy and paste. Sorted. Sigh until step 2 when it then wants to modify your contacts. You give permission and then it fails with an unknown error. No clue as to why. Yes I gave permission. Yes I checked but unknown error. You now can’t go back at all. Even after a force close. Nope. Uninstall and reinstall is the only way but don’t go through the same process.
