## What is Splurge?

Do you want a simple way to track travel expenses? No account and no handing your data over to a service?

Splurge could be that answer. It was born out of a personal necessity - stop using Excel spreadsheets and instead have a quick and simple way to log my expenses when traveling.

Your data stays on your device (and your personal iCloud if you choose to).
No accounts. No analytics or telemetry.

TRACK EVERY TRIP WITHOUT THE CLUTTER
Create a trip, add expenses in a few taps, choose a category, and keep moving. Splurge is designed to stay out of your way while you travel.

SEE WHAT THE TRIP REALLY COSTS
View detailed breakdowns of your spending by trip, category, and year. Whether you want a quick overview or a clearer look at your habits, the numbers stay easy to follow.

MULTI-CURRENCY SUPPORT
Track expenses in different currencies with European Central Bank-backed exchange rates, local caching, offline fallback, and manual rate support when you need full control.
Initial support for 31 currencies.

PRIVACY FIRST
Splurge doesn’t collect, store, or sell your data. Your travel expenses stay on your device and are yours. No data sharing, no tracking, no ads, no strings attached.

YOUR DATA, ON YOUR TERMS
Export your history to PDF or CSV anytime. Back up and restore with iCloud Drive when you choose. No forced account system, no always-on sync, no data-sharing pipeline.

Splurge includes:
- Quick expense entry
- Per-trip and yearly analytics
- Budget Alerts
- PDF and CSV exports
- Optional iCloud Drive backup
- Dark mode
- Quick Expense widget
