The SPM Owner and Board App is a mobile-friendly way to interface with your association. You will be able to make payments, view your account, and access association information all in one place. If you already have a login to your association website, you can login to the App using the same email address and password you use for your association website. If you do not have a current login to your association site, simply click the register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log into your account directly from this app. If you already have a login and do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address to request a password reset and you will receive an email with a link to set your password. Once set, you can login with your email address and new password. Once logged in, Owners will have direct access to the following features: a. Easily switch between accounts if multiple properties are owned b. Owner Dashboard c. Access association documents d. Access association directories e. Access association photos f. Contact SPM g. Pay assessments h. Access violations – add comments and take pictures from mobile device to add to violation i. Submit ARC/DRC Requests and include pictures and attachments (pictures can be taken from mobile device) j. Access Owner ledger In addition, Board and Committee Members will be able to take advantage of the following features: a. ARC/DRC Review b. Board documents c. Violations Review d. Invoice Approval ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 8.1.1 — 2024-04-12 Version 8.1.1 contains many bug fixes and improvements to enhance the user experience and improve the app’s stability and performance, including the following: • Reservations are now available for communities that offer online amenity booking. • The new Reservations screens can be accessed from the menu. • View the details of amenities, view the availability, and complete a reservation booking. • View and manage your reservation history. • The Board Work Order screen now displays all work orders with any “open” status type. • Improved the Board Action Items screen so the layout is not impacted by zooming. • Fixed an issue where the app would sometimes crash when tapping into the details of a reservation. • The forgot password link now works as expected when resetting your password from the app. • Performance improvements. • Bug Fixes and UI Improvements. ### 7.11.1 — 2023-10-24 Your homeowner and board app has been rewritten from the ground-up to provide you the best experience to interface with your community association. This update improves the app’s performance and lays the groundwork for many new features and enhancements releasing over the next year. In addition, version 7.11 includes numerous bug fixes and the following enhancements: • You can now log in with Touch/Face ID. You will be prompted to enable this upon logging in after the update. The biometrics settings can be managed on the Login Preferences screen under My Profile. • Added Owner/Tenant options to the Registration screen. • The main menu can now be accessed from a menu button in the bottom right. Previously it was accessed from a hamburger menu in the top left. • Preferences settings on the My Profile screen. • You can now access the following new screens within the app: • Frequently Asked Questions • Homeowner List • You can now select to view a homeowner’s future balance, as well as current balance, from the homeowner dashboard, if available. • Photos can now be uploaded from additional apps and locations instead of only from the photo gallery and camera. • The one-time payment screen now shows the Balance Due. • Address on the My Profile screen now appears on multiple lines, making it easier to see unit numbers and long addresses. • Added a character counter on text fields for notes. • Removed the trash can and edit icons from the Recurring Payments screen. You can now tap into a recurring payment to edit or delete it. • Added text wrapping to the Details field for the Contact Us screen so that all text remains visible without the need to scroll. • UI improvements and bug fixes. ### 1.7.1 — 2021-12-17 This update includes the following enhancements:  ▪ Document screens now display subfolders within parent folders. ▪ Tenants can register for accounts (if enabled). It also includes the following bug fixes: ▪ Payment screens bugs. ▪ Calendar Events not displaying. ▪ Board Members screens not visible to Board Member users. ▪ Users could not pick a date in 2022 on the Account Info screen. ▪ Various bug fixes. ### 1.7.0 — 2021-08-24 This update includes following enhancements and bug fixes:   • Custom Content for Mobile enhancements. • Document sub-folders are now indicated on the Documents screen as a sub-folder. • A bug has been fixed that prevented users from registering when their name contained the “&” symbol. • Data fixes for the Board Accounts Receivable screen. • Bug fixes for the Board Tasks screen. ### 1.6.0 — 2021-06-11 This update includes UI enhancements and the following bug fixes:   The user was unable to preview attachments. Directory data would occasionally not display correctly. Data would not display for the Board ACC Review screen.
