Don’t waste your time with the app I guess it’s just for reporting which is worthless cuz the city does nothing for me except try to get money from me ### 1/5 — Why use the app *2025-04-24* Using is confusing and useless, because it doesn’t log you in using existing data. There’s no explanation that logging in takes you to your payment options. There’s indication that you can pay while using the app. If logs you into the browser to pay the bill then why an app at all. Here's why: - Logging in to the app requires a separate login. You can make it the same login and everything is fine. Mine was auto-linked to my account information after logging in. App lost 1.5 stars because I'm OCD about consistency and things making sense. - Paying your bill opens up the browser still. The app isn't as convenient as I was hoping. I can open my quick link and Face Login nearly as quick as it takes to open the app and have it redirect me to where I need to be.
