Previously, the dedicated camera button made it quick and easy to take a picture exactly when you wanted. You could also zoom out when necessary to make sure important details, such as the house number, were clearly included. Now, those options are gone. You either have to tap the screen to take the photo or wait for the auto-capture countdown and hope it captures the right image at the right moment. Instead of making the process faster and easier for drivers, this update has made a simple task more frustrating and less reliable. ### 4/5 — Room for improvement *2026-03-31* It would be better if it showed expected miles and completed miles to the drivers after the route has been completed. ### 5/5 — If you’re doing deliveries and you are not using circuit, you’re doing it wrong *2025-10-07* Circuit is a route optimisation software that stands out in a crowded market. Circuit has helped me and my team save countless hours in navigating the streets of Greater Toronto Area doing last-mile deliveries. The software is intuitive, our drivers don’t need to be given extensive training in using Circuit for teams and it is a reliable piece of software that performs the same way every single time. No exceptions! ### 3/5 — No CarPlay *2025-01-27* Decent app with accurate ETAs. However, the lack of CarPlay or the ability to open with Google Maps on CarPlay makes it almost useless for me. ### 1/5 — Application *2025-01-22* This application is a scam; I have to pay again to retrieve my reports, and when I write to them to get them back, I receive no response. ### 4/5 — CARPLAY SUPPORT *2024-10-23* You would think this would be a given, but it appears sadly it is not. I like the user interface of the app however, there doesn’t seem to be any CarPlay functionality with this app, which is really annoying because I would much rather use this app for navigation from CarPlay in my car rather than Having to use Apple Maps externally. ### 1/5 — Can’t recommend does not account for traffic *2024-06-14* Don’t say you account for traffic when you don’t. I’m in traffic yet my estimated time to get somewhere does not account for traffic at all.
