However, the lack of CarPlay or the ability to open with Google Maps on CarPlay makes it almost useless for me. ### 4/5 — CARPLAY SUPPORT *2024-10-23* You would think this would be a given, but it appears sadly it is not. Since the last update you now need to leave your location on always to use the app where before you could leave it on while using the app. This causes the app to reopen constantly with your mapping app even when not in use so need to turn your location setting to Never in app after use. It has you driving pass drops which are a quick u-turn and 100m drive which if you don’t notice will have you driving back to this location 4 hours later which loses you more time. Can’t save and leave delivery notes against regular drops on permanent basis so you need to add this every time. Should be able to drag and drop if you want change a delivery in the route The app developer needs to take feedback or even better do a 25 drop run around a city and sort the problems with app ### 5/5 — Route 110 1/12/2023 *2023-01-13, version 3.1.0* The map is helpful, the documentation always helps. Previously, the dedicated camera button made it quick and easy to take a picture exactly when you wanted. You could also zoom out when necessary to make sure important details, such as the house number, were clearly included. Now, those options are gone. You either have to tap the screen to take the photo or wait for the auto-capture countdown and hope it captures the right image at the right moment. Instead of making the process faster and easier for drivers, this update has made a simple task more frustrating and less reliable. ### 1/5 — Application *2025-01-22* This application is a scam; I have to pay again to retrieve my reports, and when I write to them to get them back, I receive no response. ### 1/5 — Can’t recommend does not account for traffic *2024-06-14* Don’t say you account for traffic when you don’t. The employee told me to cancel my membership and he’d see about getting a refund. Great. Except now I’m out $120 (no refund) AND, at their direction, I’m also out the month for which I paid. Now they won’t stop emailing me for feedback. How much of my time am I suppose to give a company that *I* paid while getting nothing in return? Just use another program.
