Pointless. ### 1/5 — Not safe *2025-01-09* The drivers do not care at all if your packages get stolen. They leave it out in the open , even when a safe option exists. They also blocked my door in TWICE . Meaning I have to push the packages off my front steps in order to open my door. I’m cancelling my orders with odd bunch because of this trash service. ### 1/5 — Fix your app to transfer ship details *2024-11-16* Time and time again. Companies who used third party aren’t taking the customer information correctly. Even if I write through the link or app. The driver doesn’t read. Perhaps you can train your bloody driver to read the label before becoming and employee? Seriously it’s in the details. Basement. And the guy still throws it upstairs. ### 1/5 — Ziemlich nutzlos *2024-08-31* Die App dient lediglich zur Information. Eine Rückmeldung über fehlerhafte Einträge des Zustellers ist nicht möglich. Damit ist die App nutzlos. TK delivery refused to tell me where they are and also refused to wait for me. Basically showed up says that he’s here and that the fact I can’t see him is apparently my fault. Preceded to drive off despite me telling him that I saw his van down the street. It literally notifies you every single action of your shipment and where it’s going, and where it’s current location is at. The app is very simple to use, and there isn’t anything to hard about on how to use it. It’s sleek and simple look makes it real easy to navigate from what packaged are coming in. Cons: the only thing I’d change about this app is, if in the google earth part of the app, where it shows u the current destination of your package and where it’s been traveling from, if you can possibly pinch out to zoom out, or pinch in to zoom in. And move around in the map itself.
