Capture your day by speaking. Spoken Diary transcribes your voice notes, cleans them up with AI, and organises them into diary entries you'll actually want to read back. No more typing on a tiny keyboard before bed. Just press record, talk, and rediscover your week through a story written from your own words.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY

Your voice and entries are encrypted on our servers and private by default. Kids Mode is optional, and enabling it does not share anything automatically. A child’s diary becomes visible to another person only when you explicitly invite them to share that diary. Only invited people can access it, and nothing is ever made public.
Your data is never used to train AI models. We're upfront about every third party that touches your data — see our privacy policy for the full list. You can delete your account at any time, and we delete your user content within 30 days.

• Take photos directly from Spoken Diary and add up to nine photos to a recording or diary entry.
• Photo uploads are more reliable on slow or interrupted connections, recover after restarting the app, and can be limited to Wi-Fi.
• Choose how voice recordings are split into entries: by day, by day and part of day, or not at all. Entries from one recording can also be merged again while keeping photos correctly assigned.
• Generate or regenerate weekly and monthly summaries. Summaries show when they are out of date after entries in the period are added, edited, or deleted; older summaries without change tracking can be refreshed.
• Clearer recording progress, safer deletion while processing, improved syncing and notifications, and a Kids Mode fix that keeps the selected child after Record another.
