Glitchy app- finished ride and hit the end trip button. Locked up bike and still being charged for bike hours later - the “end trip” button would not work

this is easily the worst mode of transportation and transportation app i have ever use or tried to use. keyword TRIED. this app would barely work it was extremely slow, extremely buggy, and when it did finally work the bike i activated would not lock back. i have left the downtown area and am now back at my home 30 minutes away and am still being charged for this ride. absolute joke of a company i don’t know how there are any positive reviews on here. do NOT use these bikes you will have a bad experience.

Overpriced with the same bad customer service as the bus system that I was trying not to use because of the unprofessional drivers and service. Be careful of extra fees. This company is not working for the community.
