## What is Spoko?

A calmer phone, on your terms.

Spoko is a warm little companion that helps you notice, pause, and choose — without streaks, shame, or hard lock-ins. When a distracting app tries to pull you in, Spoko meets you with a breath, not a wall.

WHAT SPOKO DOES
• Pause the apps and categories that pull you in — social, games, anything you choose
• Start a focus session anytime, or set schedules that protect your mornings, deep work, or evenings
• When you open a paused app, Spoko shows a gentle shield: a breath to help the urge pass
• Still need in? Earn a short window — wait it out with a 30-second breath, or clear your head with a tiny mindful game
• See time reclaimed on Home, plus a daily dial that shows when unblocks clustered

BUILT FOR TRUST
• Everything runs on your iPhone — nothing leaves the device
• No account, no tracking, no analytics on you
• Spoko never sees what you do inside apps — only whether they’re open
• Turn it off whenever you want

FREE FOREVER
Spoko stays free for one schedule and two apps. Spoko Plus unlocks unlimited apps & categories, as many schedules as you need, and distraction packs — with a week on us to try.

Made by Emma, a solo founder who built Spoko to help you pause the noise and keep what matters.
