I admit when I am wrong and I was wrong. I am sorry for that review. I didn’t understand the app and how it worked before hand and thought I was going to be charged with how it looked like it worked. But I did not get charged for my first wash, it was free. And the gentleman that came, he did an awesome job. He was very polite and wanted to make sure I was satisfied and asked me to check everything to make sure that I was happy with his work. And I was happy with his work and I was very satisfied I highly recommend them. Thank you guys I appreciate it. But these people are too bad and do not know how to do business with customers. I called them and made an appointment for an exterior car wash but they never showed up. I made numerous calls on the day of my appointment but they did not bother to answer my call and give a proper reasoning for not showing up. I called with my wife's phone and they immediately answered and when I asked about no show, they hung up the phone. May be they might have showed up if you were doing more than $200 business with them. Disgusting customer service. Got the phone app, booked the time/date/service and that was it, no lengthy forms, no endless texts and emails. Blake showed up right on time and a couple hours later my Focus looked more immaculate than the day I bought it. The attetntion to detail with the interior was especially impressive, the dash and seats practically glowed. He even buffed out a cluster of scratches on the front bumper that I never thought would come out. All this for $95…..the service was worth double that.
