## What is SpoolCast?

Stop guessing whether your filament is too wet to print. SpoolCast checks your local humidity and tells you exactly which spools are safe, which need attention, and which should be dried before use.

Every 3D printing enthusiast knows the frustration: bubbling, stringing, and weak layers caused by moisture-absorbed filament. The problem is that each filament type reacts differently to humidity. Nylon absorbs moisture in hours. PLA can last weeks. Keeping track of what needs drying and when is a spreadsheet nightmare.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add your filament spools — select the type (PLA, PETG, Nylon, TPU, ABS, PC, PVA, ASA) and storage status.
2. SpoolCast fetches your local humidity and cross-references it with each filament's moisture tolerance and exposure time.
3. You get a clear status for every spool: GREEN (safe), YELLOW (use soon or re-seal), or RED (dry before use) — plus drying temperature and time for your filament type.
It takes 30 seconds to set up. No account required.
