This app is new, so I understand but id hope its fixed soon, Ive been looking forward to this app releasing. ### 1/5 — Confused. 😢 *2024-09-11* I figured out I had create an account for the app via the website. But I don’t have access to anything. Help videos or chat features 😢. It’s just a blank canvas. So sad right now. If I have to enable something somewhere please let me know. Sounded so good on socials. 😔. Just found it’s £2000 to sign up. Is a joke. How are chronically ill people meant to pay this. This isn’t the support promised. It’s sad it’s just a money making scheme. Was a good idea but not for helping others at heart. 😞.
