Our outer life is a mere reflection of our inner state. The situations in our lives match our inner thoughts & emotions. 

If our inner thoughts & emotions are contributive and positive - our life is at ease & in harmony.  We experience a space of abundance of love, contentment, gratitude, joy, good health & peace. 

Vice Versa - if our thoughts & emotions are not contributive or beneficial - the Universe or Cosmos or One Energy manifests a life of dis-ease and disharmony. 

The courses of Spoorthi Wellness help one in healing their inner emotions & thoughts - thereby creating new life situations of ease, harmony & abundance. 

Our guided meditations are called Alpha Healing Meditations, which heal one's emotions & thoughts and thereby create a new life.
