## What is Sport and Fitness?

The Sport and Fitness app brings to life the digestive and muscular systems using augmented reality and allows students to explore and develop their knowledge of the individual components and their functions. For example, the muscular system model displays the names, locations and actions of key muscles including a self-test function to consolidate student learning.
