Worst app I have ever used. Can never establish a connection for more than 10 seconds. Constantly glitches. Can’t adjust settings. Have no WiFi when connected. This needs a hell of a lot of development to even be close to useable! Sort it out

iOS 11.3にアップデートしたらCM-2000の設定もライブビューも何も出来なくなった。
カメラとwi-fi接続は出来ているが、ライブビューなどをしようとすると、セッションが切れました、と表示される。
再接続を何度やってもつながらない。
これではカメラの設定すら出来ないので早急に対策して欲しい。
カメラ：CM-2000
端末機：iPhone7、iOS 11.3

Ok. This is not easy to get working. Need an sdcard in the camera (fat32). Power on camera. Then, hold down the tiny mode/select button for 2 secs until it beeps. It’s so recessed I needed to use a fingernail to press it. Then, press the mode button one until C is displayed (stands for connection!). Then, press the scroll button until the Wi-fi and Bluetooth symbols both appear. Then, press and hold the mode/select button for two secs until green led lights up. Now go into phone settings and choose camera Wi-fi smn_cam etc. The password is shimano_cam. Then open app. It should work. But it drops the connection the moment you close the app. Have to go through this every time!

I have an iPhone 7 plus but this app can't connect to the camera. The camera tell you it's connected but when you go to the app it says the session was disconnected. It then tells you to push a button to reconnect but there is no button to push. 
Without phone connection on this camera most of the features it comes with turns to nothing (cm2000). The website doesn't say much that makes sense. Am completely surprise that a big company like shimano can rip people off Judy like that.

The very brief manual for the camera says to refer to the separate app manual, which doesn’t seem to exist. There is nothing on their website, the FAQ are useless and there is no way to ask Shimano anything. You’re completely on your own. There is not even a user forum. What do the beeps mean????

cm-1000を購入しましたが、アプリとiPhoneがWi-Fiで繋がらず、何も使えないです。

iPhoneの設定でカメラとWi-Fiを繋ぐ。
↓
アプリを立ち上げる。
↓
Wi-Fiが切断される。

色々調べて、ファームアップを試みるも上手くいきません。

高い金額で商品を購入して、この有様ですか？
メーカーとして恥ずかしくないのですか？

初期から使用してますが、現バージョンでは安定性が損なわれ、CM-1000にて数十秒程度しか接続を維持できません
これでは画角チェックも出来ず、カメラそのものも使い物になりません

デザインとカメラの画像はとてもいいのですが、残念ながら
Wi-Fi接続しているスマホアプリでライブビューを利用してカメラの向きやセッティングをしたくても、なかなか連続して接続が維持できません！
1〜2分くらいで
「カメラとの接続が切れました」みたいなアラートが出て再接続もしてくれません！

iPhone が古いのかとiPhone Xs に替えてもやはり同じ現象が発生します
Androidスマホの方が相性良いのでしょうか？

対策されたアップデートを期待します。

I bought a CM-2000 a year ago to use for my commute bike. Generally I like this app paired with the CM-2000. I can control the camera from the phone, and get a nice electronic rear view mirror along with a recording. However, the wireless connection to my iPhone drops randomly ... sometimes lasts the entire 45-minute ride each way, and sometimes just drops the connection. Is it the app, my iPhone iOS 12.1, the camera hardware, camera firmware .... cannot figure it out. I wish shimano had better support.

ロードバイクとクルマでドライブレコーダーとして利用しているので、古いファイルから自動で順次消して新しいファイルを記録していくドライブレコーダーモードの機能を設定で切り替えるなどして搭載してほしい。カメラ本体側ファームウェアにも関連するがぜひ実現してほしい。
動画記録としての基本性能はとても優れており、上記機能を搭載していない点だけが残念である。

ipad mini(iOS7.1.1) でファイルを撮影動画を再生したが、音声が出ない。
音声ファイル形式が対応していないのか？
その他の使い勝手は良いので、早急に改善して欲しい、、、

Shimano deserves praise for taking on Go-pro with this fine little camera. However the iOS app still needs a lot of work. For example it is not possible to save movies over wi-fi.

Dateianzeige führt beim erstmaligem Aufruf nach dem Koppeln häufig zum Absturz. Nach erneutem Koppeln erfolgt die Anzeige fehlerfrei.(-)
