## What is Sport Mafia?

Sport Mafia is for the person running the game in real life — the moderator. Gather 10 players around a table; your phone deals the roles and runs the whole night by FIIM rules, fully offline.

You handle the room. The app handles the clock, the votes, the ties, and the fiddly rules — so the game stays fast and fair.

WHAT IT DOES
• Random role deal for 10 players — 6 Citizens, 1 Sheriff, 2 Mafia, 1 Don — laid out on numbered seats in the order you enter them.
• Day speeches with a built-in 60-second timer that warns you as time runs low.
• One-tap nominations and a voting board that tallies in a tap.
• Complete tie handling — 30-second defense speeches, revotes, and the third-tie "everyone leaves / nobody leaves" table vote.
• Guided night actions — Shot (with a miss option), Don check, and Sheriff check — each with a clear, confident verdict screen.
• Morning recap that announces the night's outcome at sunrise.
• Fouls, silencing on the third foul, disqualification on the fourth, and self-elimination (PPK).
• Automatic win detection for both teams, plus an "interrupted" state.
• Game Over screen with a full role reveal and a complete game timeline.

BUILT FOR THE HOST
• Undo any mis-tap — fouls, votes, even a wrongly ended game.
• Show or hide roles with one tap so the phone can face the table — team colors stay hidden too.
• Last-word timers for eliminated players.
• A clean dark interface designed to read across a noisy table.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no sign-up, no network — the game runs entirely on your device.
• No data collection and no tracking.
• Close the app mid-game and it picks up right where you left off.

Bring your own players. Sport Mafia handles the rules.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-06-29

This update fixes a voting deadlock.

THE TIE FIX
• When the same candidates tie the vote a second time in a row (the round-2 revote), the app now correctly opens the "everyone leaves / nobody leaves" decision — instead of looping into yet another revote.
• The first tie still gives each candidate a 30-second defense before the revote, exactly as the rules require.

Thanks for the reports from real game nights — keep them coming.

### 1.1 — 2026-06-12

A big quality-of-life update built on real game-night feedback.

UNDO ANY MIS-TAP
• New Undo button within thumb's reach — take back fouls, votes, kills, even a wrongly ended game.
• Resetting a game now asks for confirmation.

A SMARTER CLOCK
• One large countdown right next to Pause/Next — readable across the table.
• The timer now survives switching apps and even a relaunch mid-game.
• Quick restart button, and a gentle haptic when 10 seconds remain.

CLEANER, SAFER MODERATION
• Phase, day and round shown as a clear status chip — nothing jumps phases by accident.
• Bigger vote cards with one-tap +1/−, and a banner showing where uncast votes will go before you finish the round.
• Fouls can now be given on every screen, including nights and last words.
• Hide-roles now hides team colors too — safe to leave the phone face-up.
• Self-nomination is allowed, flagged in orange, per FIIM rules.
• A deciding night kill now ends the game immediately.

POLISH EVERYWHERE
• Softer glass buttons instead of bright white — easier on the eyes in a dim room.
• Clearer Sheriff and Don markers on the final reveal, better contrast throughout.
