Hallo, 
bitte fügen Sie eine Funktion hinzu, mit der man seinen Ausweis o.ä. (Hauptsache etwas, das nicht vorgetäuscht werden kann) zwangsweise zeigen muss. Daten wie Name, Adresse E-Mail können gefälscht werden. Eine SportBox wurde nach weniger als einer Woche geöffnet und eine Box wurde entwendet. Das ist ne super Sache , aber an der Sicherheit muss noch geschraubt werden. ansonsten Top!

Kann keine Verbindung zur Box aufbauen - mehrfach probiert, mehrfach gescheitert. Zurücksetzen funktioniert ebensowenig. Eine Funktion zur Meldung der „Fehlfunktion“ gibt es auch nicht.

Die Usability dieser App ist unterirdisch schlecht. Ich hatte mehrfach eine Box gebucht und die App hat die Box nicht geöffnet, obwohl ich eine Buchung hatte mit der Nachricht, es gäbe keine Buchung. Man kann die Box keine Sekunde vor der Buchungszeit öffnen. Wenn die Zeit gekommen ist und sie dann nicht öffnet, kann man die alte Buchung nicht mehr löschen und auch keine neue anlegen.
Man muss beim Beginn der Buchung ein Foto machen (ob alles in Ordnung ist) aber nicht danach, obwohl man dann nachweisen sollte, dass man alles zurückgelegt hat.
Wenn man einmal erfolgreich gebucht hat und die Box geöffnet hat, sollte man am Ende keinesfalls die Ausleihe beenden. Man muss vorher nochmals auf Box öffnen drücken und hoffen dass es geht, weil man beim zu schnellen beenden noch mit den Sportgeräten in der Hand steht und die Box überhaupt nicht mehr öffnet.

Ich habe eine Slot von 20-21 Uhr gebucht. Ich wollte ihn 19:50 stornieren, da ich etwas andered geplant habe. Ich bekam die Meldung das ich nichts zurckliegendes stornieren kann. Also gehe ich pflichtbewusst hin, nur um herauszufinden, dass sich die Box nicht öffnen lässt, da sie schon gebucht sei, eigentlich ja von mir. Ich versteh gar nichts mehr.

Wenn jemand die Box bucht, aber nicht erscheint, ist sie blockiert und niemand anderes kann sie nutzen. Kommt leider häufig vor. So gammelt das sehr geile Equipment vor sich hin

Recht komplexe Lösung für diese recht einfache Idee. Mein Carsharing-Anbieter hat nicht so eine fancy Lösung. Hat bei uns alles problemlos geklappt.

Ich dachte cooles Konzept, lass mal die App runterladen. App installiert und dann versucht zu öffnen. Leider Pech gehabt, App startet nicht mal. 
Hab ein iPhone 7 mit iOS15.8.3. Ich hoffe die Entwickler können das Problem beheben, würde die SportBox gerne mal testen

Bedient sich wie eine frühe alpha version einer App. Gefühlt Glückssache ob irgendwas funktioniert oder nicht. Sportbox gebucht, hingefahren in meinem Zeitfenster, Box öffnet nicht. Versucht box zu resetten, Fehlermeldung dass es nicht geht weil sie ja gebucht wurde (von mir also warum kann ich sie nicht resetten). Musste ohne das equippment trainieren.

Das Konzept ist echt gut aber die App ist unterirdisch schlecht. Ich stand heute 20 Minuten in der Kälte und habe versucht die Box zu öffnen, die ich zuvor reserviert hatte. Die Reservierung wurde auch angezeigt. Aber erfolglos. App neu starten, neu installieren. Alles nichts gebracht.
