Assolutamente perfetta, fatta bene , semplice e chiara !

Arrivando da playtomic mancano tantissime funzioni utili e ci sono passaggi macchinosi da compiere.

Alcuni difetti sono fastidiosi ma di semplice correzione:

- Non posso aggiungere un amico cliccando sul suo profilo direttamente dalla partita; basterebbe aggiungere un pulsantino nel profilo.
- Non si capiscono le coppie nella partita; basterebbe dividere in due la sezione partecipanti.
- I campi dello stesso club sono su pagine separate quindi devo sempre controllare tutte le schede per vedere gli orari; si potrebbero accorpare per sport in modo un po’ più sensato.

Altri difetti sono invece molto negativi e ritengo causino molti disagi nell’uso dell’app:

- Non c’è la possibilità di pagare separatamente in app. Può solo pagare la quota di tutti chi prenota, il che vuol dire deve raccogliere i soldi al campo, oppure mettere paga al club. Basterebbe aggiungere la possibilità di pagare la propria quota in app. Questo è forse il difetto più grande riscontrato.

- Livelli confusionari; io scelgo un livello a sentimento all’inizio, poi posso cambiarlo solo a mano ma non c’è una classifica, uno storico punteggi con cui confrontarmi con gli altri giocatori in modo da capire circa il livello altrui e organizzare partite equilibrate senza ritrovarsi brutte sorprese.

Nel complesso sufficiente, ma con qualche punto da risolvere assolutamente.

Lo staff di sportclubby è super disponibile, proprio questa sera ho riscontrato un problema con l’app, non riuscivo ad accedere, ho mandato una mail e mi hanno SUBITO risposto indirizzandomi con le giuste spiegazioni. Ho ritrovato il mio account e non vedo l’ora di prenotare nuovamente le mie prossime attività! 5 STELLE
