That's not the experience we want for you. Shoot us an email at support@sportfx.ai with your device type and video length. We'll get you up and running and make sure you get the analysis you're looking for. ### 1/5 — Analysis always fails *2026-01-11* During the trial, all the video I upload and/or record fail the analysis and the app doesn’t tell me why. Got tired of trying and deleted the app. **Developer response:** This shouldn't be happening. We want to make it right. Email us at support@sportfx.ai and we'll personally look into your account. We'll figure out what's blocking your uploads and get you sorted. ### 4/5 — Exit velocity highly inaccurate *2026-02-14* The app seems to be very informative and accurate except when it comes to exit velocity. The video of me hitting a home run was 95MPH and it showed 78.6 MPH. I’d like this to be fixed, but overall app functions well. **Developer response:** Appreciate the feedback and glad the app is working well for you overall. For exit velocity, our technology is dialed in when you follow the recording steps inside the app. Right now we can only guarantee accuracy when the video meets our criteria - camera angle, distance, framing, all of it matters. If the recording doesn't follow those steps, the numbers can be off. Try re-recording using the in-app guide and see if that gets you closer. Wish they had this when I was young enough to take advantage of it. Very cool technology that tracks your swing and tells you what you’re doing right & wrong. Gives you real-time tips to fix it. Very fast. Signup process took a bit and wasn’t super intuitive but once we got set up we clocked some video and it broke down my swing. Very cool.
