## What is Sportik?

Your goal is closer than you think: Sportik builds your workouts, counts calories from a photo, and won't let you give up.

Want to lose weight, tone up, build mass or get lean? Pick a goal and Sportik puts together your training, nutrition and water plan. No fluff, just clear steps every day.

PROGRAMS FOR YOUR GOAL
Fat burn, Push/Pull/Legs mass, cutting or full body. Every exercise comes with an animated form guide, and the rest timer keeps your pace. After each workout you see how many calories you burned.

AI CALORIES FROM A PHOTO
Snap your meal and AI counts calories and macros, then shows how it affects your weight. No photo? Just type what you ate. Sportik calculates your daily calorie, macro and water targets for your goal and suggests a menu.

REMINDERS THAT FIRE YOU UP
Motivating messages remind you about the gym, meals and water, even when the app is closed. Drank a glass of water? Log it right from the notification.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Keep a weight log with a chart, see the forecast date for reaching your goal, and compare before and after photos. Streaks, levels, XP and awards turn every day into a small win.

AI COACH, ALWAYS ON
Ask in chat about form, nutrition or what to swap an exercise for. Get an answer instantly, no waiting, no booking a trainer.

YOUR PROGRESS IS SAFE
Sign in with Apple or Google and everything syncs to the cloud. New phone? Pick up right where you left off.

SPORTIK PREMIUM
The first 2 weeks are free, then a monthly subscription at the price shown in the App Store for your country. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.

Stop waiting for Monday. Download Sportik and start your journey today!
