Useless app. Why bother saying you can digitally share a pass if it doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Why is this app not working ? *2024-05-29* I tried to log into this app back in January and it simply didn’t work. It’s now late May, I’ve just tried to log in again and it still doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — SCG *2024-04-26* The whole thing went downhill in the 80s when they allowed a lot of ahem property developers to jump the queue when they gave out the gold memberships for the SFS and SCG. Back then there was a 25 year wait and you would get a members card, Guest card and Ladies cards. Now we’re stuck with this nonsense. This is what happens when you vote Labor. It is the opposite of brilliant. It means I can’t share my cards with a mate to take his 2 kids. Not good. ### 1/5 — Could not verify my account *2024-01-04* This is amateurish and annoying. To receive shared tickets I had to create an account. Having created an account I then had to verify it. But no verification email was sent, despite repeated attempts, until 3am on the day of the game. None of this nonsense with Qudos Arena - that works instantly via the Ticketek app which most people have. ### 1/5 — C’mon, it’s a year and this app still terrible *2023-11-24, version 1.3.0* One of the most clunky and non friendly apps ### 1/5 — Strange App *2023-08-04* You log in and wonder why you bothered. I’m not a gym member…. So there are really no benefits of having the app. I log in but it doesn’t give any sign of recognition (no “Hello Jeff” type greeting). Frankly it almost feels like a scam site. We hope you enjoy the new version (v 1.3.0) and every edition after that. ### 1/5 — Bugs galore *2023-01-24* This beautiful gym is let down by a horrible app. It doesn’t link Mind Body to book classes. A web address that people are unfamiliar with is needed to continue so that you can share information about me. Was forced to “update” app and not keep getting the response “can not fetch data”. ### 1/5 — Why does this app even exist *2025-05-03, version 2.10.0* what’s the point of requiring guests to transverse the terrible signup process when all the app does is show them a static QR code. Just email it to them. After I had installed the new version it said my password was incorrect. I used the reset password link and got the verification code email, after I enter the code and click on proceed it tells me that my member number is not linked to my email address. Can you fix it or reinstate the old version ### 1/5 — Back n Forth *2024-07-01* Doesn’t automatically load the app, have to “sign in” via a seperate web site, than back to app with passwords and name etc, hello 2010! ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Share cards *2025-01-13* Share cards work well awesome feature ### 3/5 — Show events by stadium not just by code *2024-04-20, version 1.4.1* Would be useful to be able to see events by stadium, so for instance if you’re just an scg member you can look at all the events coming up at the scg. The alternative at present is going to the sport you want and then sifting through the games to see if any are at the scg. Simple thing to make it more useful for I would guess a fair few of your apps users ### 3/5 — Flaky App- Gym class bookings work 75% time *2024-03-20, version 1.4.1* Often I go through the process to make a booking for a gym class and the App tells you your “Cart is Empty” frustrating you need to go back to the date select the class again do the sign in - wait for it to synch and hopefully you get your txt msg confirmation. The other issue is some mornings @6am there is no classes available any day for 7 days as the “Book” button is white and you cannot select any class at all. Naturally you miss out on reservation g your class for the following week. Sometimes it can be corrected if you sign out of the App and sign back in🤯 ### 3/5 — Create an account? *2023-12-29* Absolutely no idea how to create an account via the app as a members guest. ### 2/5 — Flakey *2025-01-22* Too many redirects and requests to sign back in.
