Poor user experience on the whole. Have to pay extra to use the app. Logging in is slow. Lots of clicks to do anything. Can’t use member points to pay along with card, the value has to be less than the transaction amount.

I ordered two steak with chips on the app and the payment went through no issues and received a confirmation email. However after waiting 30 minutes the manager informed me that the order never went through.  I paid over $50 for nothing and it will take 3 days for the refund to come through.  I will be deleting this app when I get my money back.

I’ve tried to create an account at least 10 different times going through the process of putting all my information in for it to not work. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app 3 times still doesn’t work. Every time I go to create an account when I press go to the next step the whole screen just goes blank with a red box and you can’t get out of it without having to reset the whole process of putting all my info in. Would rate 0 stars if I could, cheers my kids now crying.

Great locations, great drinks specials. Tipping comp and free pot/parma is a great promo. Steaks are too expensive usually for their quality but they have half price steak night which makes up for it.

We just wish that when booking a table using the app the details can be prefilled. I am always having to enter my name, surname, email, mobile and member name. Why?
