They say the only way to cancel auto renewal is to email them, I did email them but it’s been over a week and no response yet. If I’m paying for a service I should get that service. The developer didn’t respond and took the renewal payment at the end of the trial. I contacted them via their website provided email addresses but after nearly 3 weeks there has been no response. Fortunately I made the trial payment via PayPal who have now refunded the renewal payment and cancelled future payments. Once the refund is completed I will be deleting my account.
