Sort it out you must be losing crazy amount of money ### 2/5 — Great deals but the app isn’t on the customer’s side. *2025-08-12, version 2.3.2* Some great offers available from SportPursuit, but the app is very user unfriendly! Each time I can’t log in, which is 8 times out of 10, I need to delete and upload the app again. If it does allow me in, after multiple rejections of my email/password over several days (‘Please enter a valid email address’ or ‘error!’), there’s a 50% chance it might let me reach my checkout basket, but usually it just fades out and hangs with the little dial of doom going round and round and round indefinitely…. Makes it difficult to review products, let alone make any purchase. There must be a way to make this an easier, simpler, more intuitive experience, SportPursuit! ### 2/5 — Great site for gear but app needs work *2024-06-29, version 2.3.1* Have purchase goods from Sport pursuit a bit, you can get some great bargains. The back button doesn’t seem to work and the only way is to mash the corner of the screen until it works. Trying to hit the hamburger menu icon in the top right requires military precision, the back button sometimes takes 10 seconds to take effect. Click on an item to view it and I then cannot go back a page. The arrow is there but just won’t work. I would have expected a fix for something like this by now. ### 2/5 — Great deals but terrible navigation! *2022-10-23, version 2.2.1* I was pointed in the direction of Sports Pursuit by a friend, and I’ve got to say that their deals are excellent and it’s well worth signing up, however this App is a nightmare to use and needs to se serious development. The navigation/search/back buttons are so tight to the Apple Control Bar it makes the App a nightmare to use and totally unresponsive! I’ve given up with it now and just access their site through the browser - but I should imagine a lot of people are turning away from purchases as the App is so tedious to use. ### 1/5 — So hard to buy anything *2022-06-24, version 2.2.1* Terrible app, can’t believe how hard it is to do simple things. Search bar and menu bar are off the screen top and you can’t access them. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great app *2018-08-23, version 1.8.2* I like this app- I’ve bought lots of stuff from sports pursuit and have never had any problems with delivery- it’s a bit different and sometimes you have to wait until the end of the sale but they explain this clearly to you. I’ve also returned items with no hassle about securing refunds straight to my bank (within the refund window). Thanks! ### 4/5 — The discount’s are massively padded. *2024-09-24, version 2.3.2* Good company with great service. A lot of the deals aren’t as good as they make them out to be. I use the App more to dip into what the latest sales are, so it’s handy for that without needing to open a browser. If I need to purchase I tend to use the browser site. The search bar etc is too far into the corner that I cannot physically access it without rotating the phone to landscape - which again the app isn’t built for. Please please have a look at this, it’s so frustrating I have almost given up….. ### 3/5 — Fix the menu please! *2021-10-23, version 2.2.1* The menu and back button are hard to press as they are right in the corner of the screen. And scroll lock so when you go back you are in the same place? Otherwise great deals! ### 3/5 — Stepwise gains but annoying. *2021-03-23, version 2.1* This app is much better than it used to be but still has a way to go. The most annoying thing was always the manual login which was addressed a while ago. The search ability is still not as good as it should be. There are also some very irritating things, such as the back arrow inexplicably sitting partially or totally behind the clock on the top left of the iPhone display which makes it impossible to navigate back from the screen you are on. Stuff like that is just really irritating. The lack of frequent updates doesn’t help.
