I bought a 3 months subscription and it worked for about 2 weeks then it said I didn’t have a subscription, don’t buy app it’s a scam, you pay then the app doesn’t work. I asked for a refund and they said no.

**Developer response:** Hi, 

We are sorry for the issues with accessing the app. As developers, we don't have control over refunds. Apple handles all refund requests directly and makes the final decision. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a refund ourselves, even though we'd like to help. 

Please try submitting another refund request and menton in the request that the developer agrees to the refund. We fully support your request and hope Apple will approve it.
