This app provides functionality but it is so poorly designed that it makes it extremely frustrating to use. A major issue is that the app opens in landscape mode. So right off the bat you have to look at everything that you’re doing in landscape mode as opposed to portrait mode. There are icons on each side of the screen some are duplicated and provide the same function. When you take a photo or video with the camera it will show up in a gallery in the app. If you click on a video in the gallery you’ll get an error message saying that it cannot be displayed but you can download the file to your phone to view it. The camera is able to stream video to the app which is pretty cool. But overall the app is just ugly to use and the U.I. Is really bad.

L’app è molto semplice ed offre poche funzionalità, il che non sarebbe un male se solo queste funzionassero.
Purtroppo la visualizzazione, la riproduzione e il download del video tramite wifi e app non funziona. È possibile registrare video direttamente sul telefono, ma se invece c’è necessità di guardare i video fatti con la cam e salvati sull’sd dal telefono non c’è modo.

Followed instructions to connect via this app and it does nothing. Cannot connect to WiFi with camera so the app won’t allow me to log on to access the camera settings. The APP is useless. Very disappointing.

Die Videos laden sich nur vereinzelt aufs Smartphone, egal wie lange ich warte! Wenn es denn mal klappt ist es auch nur eine Vorschau, für weitere Aktionen muß man es ganz runterladen, was wieder eeewig dauert!
Auch bezweifele ich, dass man Autokennzeichen erkennen kann, so schwach erscheint die Auflösung!
Vielleicht ist und geht es besser am PC?

The App is a bit sluggish. 
The time watermark needs to be slightly bigger. 
The App should have been developed further before releasing a camera that depends on it for full functionality.

B)
The App Store note says that: data not linked to your identity, that may be collected, is User Content!

   The User Content is photographic - I don’t see any proper need to collect user photos; its a breech of privacy. 
   Also, a photo of a person’s face is virtually their identity.

Ich gehe jeden Schritt wie in der Anleitung durch aber die Kamera verbindet sich nicht mit dem Handy. Die App sagt nur bei jedem Klick, man soll erst die Kamera anschließen und leitet mich in die Einstellungen weiter. Die eine Taste ist grün und die andere blinkt gelb aber bei Bluetooth wird kein Gerät angezeigt und in der App kommt wieder nur die Meldung erst die Kamera anzuschließen. Was mache ich falsch? So wie es in der Anleitung steht, muss man in der App die WIFI Daten eingeben aber die App lässt mich ja nichts machen. Bitte um Kontakt dazu, das Kind ist nämlich mehr als enttäuscht.

I am not able to playback any videos. The title above is the exact wording. I have connected the wifi from the camera onto my apple 5c iPhone. May this be fixed?? I have resetting the SD format as well.

Tried multiple phones, camera connected on WiFi but the app simply doesn’t recognise the connected camera. The video recording is upside down and can’t adjust anything because the app won’t run because it doesn’t connect to the camera. Very frustrating.

App did not open videos at first or display thumbnails of video. Thought this was going to be a 1 star. Once new micro SD card reformatted for the bullet camera the app works a treat. Can now view and download videos from the camera via the app to my phone, see the video thumbnails and change camera settings.

Had no problem connecting my camera over wifi. Need to wait about 30-45s before it shows up on the wifi list but once connected works as expected. 
Just would have hoped to be able to use it in portrait mode, not being stuck to landscape which is not convenient on a bike.

I can’t find the instructions on how to connect this to my phone. I remember the instructions being in one of the reviews but now all of the reviews are gone and there is really no clear way on how to connect this to make it work.

Приложение простое и понятное но по сути бесполезное.хотелось бы увидеть функцию скачивания файла с флешки на телефон.надеюсь обновят приложение и появится данная функция
