It is labeled as a cat camera… The app disconnects from the wifi as soon as it closes. The camera is then out of range and no way to reconnect it. It keeps telling me to allow local network permissions, but they are already allowed. Please fix? I tried using another app with this and the camera does not connect. If you won’t fix, I will have to return and find another that will work. Also - there’s no way to attach a photo here, but the instruction page, and settings and everything else that has writing - is BLACK. The background is BLACK - i can’t read anything. This app does not work for the “ thumb sports camera”. Iv always thought you had to use the app the product told you to use. Ha I had no idea you could use other ones. After trying to connect the camera for almost and hour, I deleted the app and went to reinstall when I noticed the may 24th review. So I installed the app that person said to install, and I was connected 40 seconds later. The app is annoying but dude, just only connect and watch back your vids after your done all the filming you want, then save them to your photos (like the photos app) 😀😀😀 that easy. Also if any glitches show up and you can’t connect, turn on/off, etc. (glictches in the actual cam) there is a reset button! It shows in the instructions that comes with the cam where the button is but in case you don’t I’ll just tell you where mines reset button is: in the top end of that area under the flap In the corner next to the side the flap connects to. The reset button has to slats either side and a tiny black bump which is the actual button. Also I’ve seen reviews on Amazon like ‘my camera leaked under water blah blah blah’ butttttt….. you can test the water proofing of the case by filling a bowl with water and putting a paper towel inside the case then putting the case in the water (case floats so you might need something to hold down. Also the device doesnt show up in Bluetooth, it shows up in Wi-Fi. And finaly, I got it for 70 dollars on Amazon prime, and for that much money, you can’t complain—it’s a good camera for the money!
