You guys haven’t taken a cent from me but I see these reviews and it’s absolutely despicable you guys are still even operating. There needs to be a class action if you are not going to give customers their money and are not forthcoming about what your app even is. There are people in the world that get rich without stealing. Believe it or not it actually happens. Just in case you can get one star removed let’s go for 2 . ### 1/5 — Don’t use this horrible app *2024-03-12, version 5.8.5* I’ve used every single sports app available in my state. This app was incredibly horrible, took 3 weeks to get my bonus bets because I had to verify three different cards and two different bank accounts. This took about three weeks after calling multiple times since it took forever. Never experienced such an extensive delay and fortitude behind a bonus bet. 3 weeks!! 5 different card/bank verifications, smh ### 1/5 — Do not us app! *2024-03-10, version 5.8.5* My withdrawal has been pending for 2 weeks even though I have submitted proper documents. Have had 4 support people (via chat as well as phone) say they will switch it to processed and I’ll get my money in 2-3 days and it STILL says pending. I am trying to use my bonus bets and all of a sudden games won’t load. There are way better apps than this one. Do NOT give them your time or money. Once I realized I couldn’t get my bonus bets, I attempted to withdraw my money. This led to a 1.5 month long process of over 20 emails with support just for me to GET MY CASH back. Use other Sportsbook, this is atrocious. ### 1/5 — After being on it for 2 days *2024-02-15* After using SI for 2 days I have to say. The payout speed is incredibly slow for a Sportsbook. I can understand a daily fantasy but not a Sportsbook. They say the awaiting process time takes 1 hour to pass by but I’ve been waiting for 24 hours and it still just says awaiting process. After having a chance to use this myself. The people are correct this is one of the worst Sportsbook to use all around. I’ve used less known Sportsbook and they aren’t this slow with there payouts. Please don’t use this, it’s a trap and a scam for a company that has such a large name. Then they’ll tell you to email support bank statements. It will take them 3 days to respond each time. They put you in a loop so you don’t get paid. My second request is through PayPal. It’s been processing since January 9th with a reverse button they conveniently left available just in case I change my mind. While my withdrawal request at ESPN was processed and paid out to my PayPal account last night within 5 minutes of my request. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ### 1/5 — DO NOT DO DEPOSIT MATCH - DO NOT DOWNLOAD *2024-01-19* They claim they will match your first deposit up to $100. The only way you can actually have access to the $100 is if you empty your funds in bets… you can wager $100 worth of bets and if you win and have cash still you still can’t use the bonus fund. They make you empty your clip first and then give you access. The bonus fund bets also have to $25 or less at -200 odds or greater. If you use more than $25 of bonus funds on a bet only $25 worth goes towards the bonus bet requirement of betting all $100 at -200 or greater odds. So if you wagered $100 and won then all of those winnings would be in bonus funds and you would still need to wager $75 of bonus funds to get access to the winnings as cash. So if you won on your cash bets that you place to get access to the bonus funds then you’d have to re-bet all of that again to get access to the $75 in bonus funds you still need to bet…. It’s terribly explained in the terms and conditions. I won my money on them and pulled it all out because this app is aweful. The Sportsbook is also very glitchy even with updates on an iPhone 15. I get kicked out of app regularly because it thinks I have a “jailbroken” iPhone. I’ve used almost every Sportsbook and this has been the worst experience by far. And most times they won’t even talk to you if it hasn’t been 72 hours after the bet. Their policy it’s incredibly lazy and a little deceptive and dishonest. But overall you can figure out what your doing pretty easily. I haven’t had any troubles withdrawing and I’ve withdrawn 4/5 times so far. The withdrawals are a little slower compared to other books but not terrible. They have good boosts and have ran some decent promos for NFL playoffs and the march madness tournament. The UI isn’t great, which is the primary complaint, and live betting there aren’t a ton of options. Never had any issues with deposits, withdrawals, anything like that. The geo checks can get a little annoying. It’s an alright simple Sportsbook. ### 3/5 — Just my opinion *2022-12-31, version 5.2* Like the layout, ease of use.
