TRADES
Coaches can now propose player swaps after the draft ends and accept or reject offers they receive. Your league can require an admin or director to approve every trade before it takes effect, and the draft board marks any player who arrived by trade.

AUTOMATIC PICKS
If a coach misses their turn, the league can have the app pick for them instead of losing the slot. Leagues choose how: by that coach's own evaluation ratings, by the league's ratings, or by the next available player. Automatic picks are marked on the board so everyone can see how a player got there.

SOMEONE CAN PICK FOR YOU
An admin or director can now be given permission to pick on a coach's behalf when that coach can't be there. It's granted per draft, it can be withdrawn at any moment, and every pick records who actually made it. Coaches keep full access throughout and can still pick for themselves if they arrive.
