TeamFlow is the all-in-one app for grassroots sports teams — youth and adult, from tee ball to Sunday-league soccer. FOR COACHES & MANAGERS • Create your team and invite everyone with one code • Schedule practices and games, including recurring events • See RSVPs at a glance and take attendance on game day • Post results and per-player stats tailored to your sport • Announcements with read receipts, so nothing gets missed FOR PARENTS & PLAYERS • One tap to RSVP to every practice and game • Team chat and direct messages • Add and manage your children — photos, emergency contacts, photo consent • Follow your player's stats across teams and seasons • Archive finished seasons and keep every stat and roster forever BUILT FOR YOUTH SPORTS SAFETY • Direct messages between adults and minors are blocked • Guardians control their children's profiles (up to two per child) • Photo consent tracked per player, per team Sports supported: soccer, baseball, softball, tee ball, basketball, American football (tackle & flag), volleyball, lacrosse, field hockey, rugby, kickball, ultimate frisbee, and more — each with its own positions and stat tracking. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.1.9 — 2026-08-28 React to messages with any emoji from your own keyboard — long-press a message to pick one, tap a message to reply. When several people use the same emoji it shows with a count, so you can see at a glance how the team feels. Parents can now invite a second guardian. Open your player, tap "Add another guardian", and send the invite — they'll get the code and step-by-step instructions to join and link to the right child. A player can have two guardians. Tap any notification to go straight where it belongs: a message opens the team chat, an event opens the event, and an RSVP reminder now opens the exact event it's asking about instead of leaving you to find it. Also fixed: notification, chat and message times were showing shifted by several hours depending on your time zone — a 4:15 PM reminder could appear as 9:15 PM. Every time in the app now shows in your own local time. Deleting your account now fully removes your medical details and photos, and if you're the only guardian for a player, their personal details are removed too while the team keeps its season history. ### 1.1.8 — 2026-08-22 FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? There's now a "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. We email you a code, you enter it along with a new password, and you're straight back in. SIGNING IN, MADE CLEARER If you sign in with Google or Apple you don't have a password at all — the app now tells you that instead of just refusing, and remembers which button you used last time. You can also set a password from your Account screen if you'd like a second way in. "CONTINUE WITH GOOGLE", FIXED It could send you to Google, ask which account to use, and then drop you back at the sign-in screen without signing you in. That's fixed. ### 1.1.7 — 2026-08-22 Two things in this update. CALL OFF AN EVENT Rained off? A coach, admin or team owner can now cancel an event instead of deleting it. The event stays on the schedule marked CANCELLED, so anyone who had it in their plans can see it's off, and it stays in your past events as part of the season's record. You choose whether to tell the team. Cancelling can send everyone a notification, with a short reason if you add one ("pitch flooded"), or you can cancel quietly if nobody had seen the event yet. Reminders for a cancelled event stop automatically, so nobody gets chased to RSVP for something that isn't happening. THE RED COUNT ON THE APP ICON The app icon now shows how many notifications are waiting, so you can tell there's something new without opening the app. The number clears when you open your notifications, and counts the same things the bell inside the app does. ### 1.1.2 — 2026-08-17 Reminders that fit your team, and a better team chat. EVENT REMINDERS, YOUR WAY Coaches now choose which reminders each event sends: an announcement when it's added to the schedule, a nudge 2 days before, another 3 hours before, and a final call 1 hour before. Switch each one on or off as you create the event, or change your mind later. The 2-day and 3-hour reminders only go to people who haven't replied yet, so nobody is chased for an answer they've already given. Parents are reminded about their child by name — with two children on the same team, you'll only hear about the one who still needs a reply. The 1-hour call goes to everyone. EDIT YOUR TEAM The team's creator can now change the team name, add or replace the team logo, and set the team's colours. You can also issue a new invite code if the old one has been shared outside the team — the previous code stops working straight away. CHAT • Every message now shows when it was sent • Hold a message to reply to it directly, so it's clear what you're answering • Get notified when someone posts in team chat. A busy conversation arrives as one notification instead of dozens, and you can turn chat notifications off completely or mute a single team from that team's More tab. FIXES • RSVP reminders now reach the right people. Parents are reminded about each child individually, and reminders no longer stop after replying for just one of them. ### 1.1.1 — 2026-08-10 New in this update: POLLS Coaches can now ask the team a question right in chat — who can make Saturday, which jersey, anything. Pick one answer or several, see results as they come in, or run it anonymously. COACHES-ONLY CHAT A private channel inside team chat, just for coaches and team staff. Players and parents can't see it. EASIER JOINING Enter your invite code and we'll show you the team before you join, so you know it's the right one. Parents adding a child now see if that child is already on the roster, instead of accidentally creating a duplicate. ROSTER MANAGEMENT Staff can remove a player from a team, and parents can remove their own child. Past stats and attendance are kept. EDIT YOUR EVENTS Made a typo? Coaches can now edit an event's time, title, location and details instead of cancelling and starting over. FIXES • Event times now show correctly in your local time zone.
