I have jumped through every hoop they’ve asked and still nothing. This app should be removed and Montana should just allow actual developed apps to operate here. Odds are garbage because the bar gets a cut even though they provide absolutely no value to you as a bettor (in fact they inconvenience you more than anything). Kiosks are ALWAYS down and having issues. Montana needs to just let in online regulated books and let the pathetic excuse of a book/app known as SportsBet Montana die. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-11-08* This app is stupid ! You build a bet at home have to drive to casino have to go into casino get 2 foot from machine only to pull up your saved bet and have to put money in the kiosk even though you have funds online in app ??? The machines work just fine but what is the point of an app if there constantly errors, verification that takes forever, lack of good or helpful online support. Never saves your bet slips either. Second, its location tracking is no good so it doesn’t even work in the Casino. Third, it took me weeks to withdraw my funds. Fourth, they made my funds not withdrawable. Fifth, you can’t even withdraw back to your card and have to use a third party app called Play+ or get a check in the mail. Overall garbage app that shouldn’t exist. Good luck and beware ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t get money back *2026-08-12* Hey guys, if any of you are like me and added money, then realized you couldn’t bet or get your money back. I got your way. First I’ll start by saying I only added $18, so not exactly a big deal, but money is money. Once I realized it wouldn’t let me bet. Even though the app and website had access to my location, I immediately went to withdraw. Then turns out you can’t withdraw without winning bets. (Crazy in my opinion) so i immediately live chatted customer services told them I wanted to withdrawal and delete my account. They sent it to the “investigation” team and said it would be 24-48 hours. Okay cool. I gave them that, plus some and didn’t get a response. So again contacted them via live chat on website. After getting the same stuff I got last time. I decided to not back down. I threatened to report them to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, for doing this to multiple people, keeping their money basically hostage considering you can’t bet and can’t withdraw. After that they were quick to make it right and I could withdraw my money. Said it could take 1-5 business days to get withdraw, so we’ll see about that. ### 1/5 — Nothing but issues, constant troubleshooting *2026-07-12* I can never get this app to work. I’ve had to delete and download again several times. Always an issue, then if you can get it to work you have to go to a kiosk. Montana is so far behind in the sports betting game. The current betting setup is in efficient, un reliable, and an embarrassment. Due to having to troubleshoot issues I have lost out on 1,000’s in winnings on bets I couldn’t get to place. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used *2026-07-02* Genuinely the most outdated app design and worst support I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve been trying to withdrawal my money for the last month and there as so many ridiculous verification steps and requirements to pull money out. The customer support is horrible and it feels like I’m stuck in 2010 using the app. I hope this app and the company goes bankrupt because if you like sport betting, there are thousands of options that are better than this garbage. ### 1/5 — Government Scam *2026-06-29* It doesn’t allow you to withdraw money if you’re not in the geolocation. It doesn’t recognize the geo locations correctly. So now I have $250 I cannot withdrawal because it hasn’t been wagered. I can’t wager it because the app will not let me no matter where I am at or what my settings are. So I guess I just lost over $200 that will never be spent because the app won’t let me. You’d think that since they advertise it so heavily that the app might actually function or that customer service might actually talk to you. What a joke. I can deal with bad lines and even needing to be in an approved location. Will need to go inside a sports bar on site as it is set up for specific places with licenses and keep the Bluetooth on ### 5/5 — Good app *2021-11-20, version 1.4.0* This app works good to find what bets you want to place. Then you just need to be near a sports bet machine to place the bet. There are a lot of different types of bets to place. And there are terminals at a ton of different locations. ### 5/5 — It is what it is *2020-12-12, version 1.3.5* People writing reviews about how bad “the app” is are simply idiots without any sense of reality or perspective. Montana controls sports betting within the state, so it is the legislature who dictates the terms and the vigorish. Yes, you have to be on a network connection that is provided by a licensed MT “book”. Yes, Montana Lottery takes a high percentage as vig. If you don’t like it, write a letter to your district rep and then go buy a $50 plane ticket to Vegas and go place your bets down there, morons. That being said, the app works as designed. ### 4/5 — Broken App- Edit *2023-04-18, version 1.5.1* The app is broken. You can’t look at the odds without it crashing. Please fix this. 4/18/23 The app seems to be fixed now. You can now check odds and place bets within the app. I am now changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. It would be nice to be able to bet from anywhere in the state but I think that’s more on the laws rather than the app. ### 4/5 — It works *2022-09-09, version 1.4.5* App works. Verification process is a little over kill. You will also need to be next to a machine to place a bet which is inconvenient. Just wish it showed starting pitching for each game from the main MLB screen. Also, if you use a VPN be sure to turn off before placing a bet at a casino.
