This monopoly needs to end now but it’s RI so.. I travel across state lines to use better books than this. Every single one is beyond better than this!Thankfully, it’s not far at all and 100% worth not dealing with this garbage app. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-04-12, version 7.8* This is a terrible app. The interface is outdated, slow and frustrating to use at times. There are very few rewards or promos and the betting options are limited compared to every major Sportsbook. If Rhode Island is only going to allow their own sports book to be used in the state, they need to do much better because this is lazy and just another reason why the state has been stuck in decline. ### 1/5 — Scourge of Private Liberties *2026-04-10, version 7.8* Typical government mandated policy that makes them money while stripping all value from the people. Horrendous odds, but that’s not even close to how frustrating the bugs in this app are. It actually loads maybe 1 out of every 6 times I open it. Garbage and greedy politicians! ### 2/5 — Do not waste your time *2026-04-09, version 7.8* Sht app. Corrupt Rhode Island legalized gambling first so that IGT could monopolize the sportsbetting here. Do what real Rhode Islanders do, and Drive to CT or Mass and use Fanduel or DraftKings. The apps are lightyears apart, and FD and DK actually give bonuses. Sports book RI DID have good customer service last time the app stopped working during a busy weekend of football games. But other than that, it is a trash app, from a trash-run state. 🫶🏽🫶🏽 ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-04-07, version 7.8* Complete garbage. They force and update and now it just sits on the new splash screen forever and never lets you in. The odds are awful, the markets are limited to whatever favors the book, and hardly ever any good promos or odds boosts. RI desperately needs a better Sportsbook. ### 1/5 — Awful Sportsbook App *2026-04-03, version 7.8* Rhode Island can’t do anything right, and the lobbyists and kickback-recipients that occupy the state house have allowed Bally’s and IGT to offer a god awful product. I personally can’t wait until YOU lose the rights to host sports book in RI. I’m actually at a point where I am contemplating crossing the border to place sports betting with another platform so I don’t have to deal with YOU!!!!! ### 1/5 — Everything about this app is TRASH *2026-06-26, version 8.1* Had to file a complaint with the RI Lottery to get them to accept their own house rules. They have you opt in for bonuses but won’t make them available when placing bets. Find another way to bet. This app SUCKS !!! ### 1/5 — Should be called RI monopilizing sports betting *2026-06-14, version 8.1* App is trash crashes all the time and they make random maintenance runs at the worse possible times. Forget any detailed parlays. You can’t parlay anything that’s an alternate bet. They take forever to return your money and customer service on second shift is trash.
