However, cannot find button to open manual scoring even though I selected manual scoring in the stream setup. The manual scoreboard is biggest draw for me. Hope the devs can fix this soon. ### 2/5 — Livestream rarely happens *2025-07-25* Purchase a subscription to watch summer ball during the week. Unfortunately, live streams hardly happen, Start late or cut out early. If you pay for a subscription, why can’t you just live stream the field 24/7 so parents don’t miss anything if games are running late or running early?? At some point, revision update broke the manual scoring option. Goes to 1 and then you can no longer update. Waiting on a response through tech support but as of now it is not useable. ### 1/5 — Clumsy and not very intuitive *2024-05-19* This has got to be the biggest disappointment of a youth sports streaming app I’ve ever encountered. The platform is clumsy and not very intuitive. Unreliable at times and very hard to navigate. You guys may consider something closer to ballertv. I feel taken advantage of seriously. Most frustrating and useless piece of tech I’ve ever seen. Another fine example of big corporations taking advantage of the patents of young athletes. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2023-12-27, version 7.10.0* App is not user friendly and live streaming is VERY glitchy. I’ve tried giving it a chance with different streamers and different venues to make sure it wasn’t one particular place or phone but it made no difference. Do better sports engine. ### 1/5 — Mediocre at best *2023-05-28* The app is never updated properly or on time. Having to wait 2 - 3 days for a stream to be uploaded to the app while on top of that certain streams do not work at all. Sessions are never categorized by city and date properly and takes a week for the current session to even be listed on the app. Sound quality is horrible don’t watch streams with headphones!!!! App needs a lot of work and a lot of fixing. ### 2/5 — Live stream keeps shutting off in the final minutes of the game. *2023-05-20, version 6.9.1* This app has a few major flaws. As far as I can tell it's related to the way the app stores it's cache. The livestreaming function on the app worked perfectly fine the first 3-4 games. Every game after that the livestream would end on it's own with approximately 60 seconds left in the game. These were such close games and it was such a bummer. I even tried using a different device to avoid that problem and it still happened. I was surprised to see this app was at least 4 years old, according to one of the reviews I read. This is because there is no support online for troubleshooting or to look up how to resolve issues. No website, no forums. I did find a few YouTube videos from the rapid replay YouTube channel (only four) that tell you how to use the app. After playing around and trying different things, I found the "storage" section and there was a option to clear cache. I did that and the next game the livestream did not shut off on it's own. I have the app set to allow unlimited caching now because I'm afraid if the cache gets too high it will shut down the livestream mid-game again. This doesn't fully resolve the problem, but it seems to keep it from happening as much. I just have to pray each game the livestream won't leave parents hanging about what happened. It's not reliable in that sense. ### 1/5 — It is not free. Once purchased upgrade, app did not update! *2022-09-10, version 6.2.1* The blurb for this app states it is free, but to see everything including live streaming posted for my team, it costs $12.00 per month. It costs $4.00 per month for everything except live streaming. I purchased the $12.00 package earlier this afternoon. The website shows I have the correct plan, but yesterday’s game is not yet available. The app shows I still need to buy a package yet no game for yesterday is in the library. I logged out and back in with no change. I have deleted and added the app back with no change. I have also attempted to contact app support and the person who uploaded the live stream. (I presume the person in charge of the live stream can add it to the library.) Five hours later, no response. Early on when downloading the app, I did get good support. Now, I’m getting crickets! ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2021-09-03, version 5.5.0* New update is dead. Login does not work, reset password does not work and is ask for team code. Everything you might want to keep a person from using. ### 1/5 — Mad fan *2019-04-05, version 3.8.5* It needs updated it will not let people sign in it just keeps saying network error. Live stream only works with an all access package although premier subscription indicates you can watch livestream ### 1/5 — Cameras don’t work 1/2 the time *2026-03-08* $20 per month to only be able to see the team I’m paying to see only play one game a weekend because the cameras stop working for the later games. Absolutely terrible! If you are going to offer this service and charge that much per month then your service needs to be 1000% more reliable!!!! ### 1/5 — Limited App Functionality *2025-12-20* All-access is a $20/month subscription, but the app itself can’t do most of the all access features…. Like downloads. You have to go online for that. So to me, this app is pretty disappointing for a platform in the category of ease of use or meeting expectations for a streaming and viewing app. I’ll keep using only because some venues force me to, but there are far better platforms out there to stream kids sports on. Especially for tech illiterate grandmas and grandpas and extended family members to participate easier as well. In addition, all access is charging for a scoreboard in the view - which isnt there. Never received verification email. Replays only include last 8 minutes. Streaming quality is poor. The Knowledge Base is weak at best. If you opt out of promotional emails, it prevents you from getting email verifications.
