But…the app freezes all the time. When I had a question about registration this season my organization provided a “we think” answer and I learned that there are ZERO options for a parent to talk to someone at SportsEngine. We already connect via text and email. That said, the app can occasionally feel cluttered and notifications sometimes lag or duplicate. Navigation could be smoother, especially when switching between multiple teams or events.
