Would be great if it showed when there were new chat messages without having to into the chat, also to be able to acknowledge a chat messages without having a thumbs up or something would be helpful, so that people can acknowledge without having to just add more chatter. This app should get some of the same features as team snap has. The only reason we use this one instead is because it hooks up to the association website. ### 2/5 — Missing useful options *2025-02-18, version 3.5.15* No option to leave or permanently mute groupchats, and no way to sort schedule by games and practices. ### 2/5 — Too many notifications *2024-10-30* There is no option to block chats, if you are a player you will get spammed with notifications from parents or managers that don’t even revolve around games, players, etc. there are many bad reviews and for good reasoning, the only reason our team uses this is because it’s built into our organizations website ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-10-02, version 3.5.14* I can’t even open this app ### 1/5 — Chat feature needs major improvements *2024-09-26, version 3.5.14* When you create a team chat, and then new members are added to the team, there is no option to add new members to an existing chat, you have to create a brand new chat thread for all members to see messages. Very frustrating if you have new family members being added regularly. Also, if members had the option of “liking” or “thumbs up” to messages, it would be very helpful for admin to see who is interacting with the chat. ### 1/5 — Worst app for team sport organization *2024-09-23* Garbage app. For Some stupid reason our organization decided to use the Temu version of a sports app. Constant problems with time zone changes if your team travels outside of your time zone. Can’t have player info added to their profile. Very slow and glitchy. No notification on iPhone. So you don’t know when notifications are sent. Stick with TeamSnap, team managers. Would give a 0 stars if at all possible. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-09-19, version 3.5.14* Horrible app. The fact you can not reuse an email after the account has been deleted is beyond stupid. Do better. ### 1/5 — No schedule subscription available to iOS? *2024-08-21, version 3.5.14* An outdated app and wouldn’t recommend. Many others available that provide schedule subscriptions to iOS calendar. That’s required in this day and age with family activity planning and scheduling. 1 star for being an app from the year 2000. ### 3/5 — Notifications *2023-09-27, version 3.5.5* Notifications only show up on screen lock and are not intuitively visible anywhere in device which is a big gap. Logged me out Have to hit many different links to see games. But helpful app As a coach. I recommend this app for the scheduling and attendance features (even though they are very very buggy). I do NOT recommend this app for the chat feature. It is terrible. Have to check it manually all the time. Can’t give availability as it’s greyed out. Can read any files sent through chat, so you have to send a picture but it renders it low quality to send it so it’s pretty much unreadable. Just wish the “features” advertised actually worked. ### 1/5 — Glitch *2025-09-25, version 3.5.15* App is glitching and won’t display information. ### 1/5 — Time zone issue *2025-03-03* App shows times in mountain time zone. But if your game is in a different time zone, you have to click on the game to see the actual time. This will either cause you to show an hour earlier than you need to or later than you need to. ### 1/5 — Great potential but misses the mark huge. *2025-02-28, version 3.5.15* I have used app for two seasons now as a head coach. This app has so much potential for sports teams. But the software doesn’t allow basic features to be adjusted by coaching staff of he team. The schedule is only accessible by admin of the association. Not helpful for the coaches or managers of a team. The chat doesn’t allow parents to be added to an existing chat so you have to start a new group every time someone is added. The attendance feature while helpful does not set any sort of flag to those whom have not responded to an event. The app itself crashes and logs out all the time. Push notifications are spotty working at best! This app in theory has great potential but instead is not worth the time to download it. ### 1/5 — Unable to register.
