This app was supposed to help us book different classes but UEA payment system is so crooked that it requires you to reenter your details and your payment for each booking, even if you are registered. It was like this for years they do nothing. If you read their changelog on the app updates you realise that they are not even able to mention what they changed between different updates. The website is similarly bad, some problems and even worse, non standard browser implementation that blocks form fillers. The card input form chokes if you paste a card number with spaces. I would clearly put anyone involved with development of this system on the no hire list,… due to lack of basic competencies.

Honestly it surly can’t be that hard to have the app save basic information?? Entering everything every single time is pain and the lack of being able to populate card details is very frustrating. Doing this multiple times a week makes me hate using the app! There is nothing else wrong with the app other than this and sadly it makes it nearly unusable. PLEASE ADD APPLE PAY OR A WAY TO REMEMBER CARD DETAILS!! It is so painful booking multiple courts for activities and having to enter the details again and again! I literally just bought some raffle tickets at a Primary School with Apple Pay, why can’t UEA sort this?!!!

Great to be able to reserve and pay but the latter is archaic. Entering your name and payment details each time you book with no ability to prepopulate with card details from your device means booking is something I dread.

This process would be made so much easier if you took Apple Pay or at least the function to select a memorable card when paying at present you are unable to do both!

Good app but booking courts etc is a chore. A more simple checkout is needed. Swimming timetables are great and always up to date :)

Handy app that shows news, pool times and book classes but i can’t actually tell what the classes are. What is body balance!?!?!?

It’s clunky to use and needs to be full screen on the iPad. If I try to book a group exercise class it wants to charge me even though I have gold membership.
