Don’t waste your time on an app that doesn’t even work

This app doesn’t save user sign in info, you can’t change your password if you forgot it, and the user interface is horrible to interact with

Used this app about 10 times before it just doesn’t work. I could also never see my numbers when typing in my temp for COVID checks.

This would be a great app if it would allow for patients to input more data than just their basic information.
Having the ability to fill out concussion symptom scores, view exercises, input weights, and sign up for treatment times would be nice.  At this time all of this must be done using the website.
I am hoping more functionality is made available so I can tell my patients to download this app.
The idea is great but still has a long way to go.

This app is essentially a reference tool for the full website. It does have some useful functionality like the COVID symptom checklist, but the buck stops there. This app has so much potential to be useful for on the field evaluations or outdoor visits but you can’t do much on it. As a personal example concussion symptoms checks are either not present or very difficult to find on the app. If an athlete needs to input their symptoms from their phone they can’t do that without accessing the full website. I appreciate the direction in regards to where Sportsware is going with the app but definitely missing the mark right now.

My app does not look like the pictures available. The tabs to go from athlete, emergency contact, insurance, etc. are not present. The game and injury circle are also blank circles, so you can’t see what the text says in the middle. Every time I try and open with my Face ID it says I need to update the app, but it is up to date. I am happy that there is an app but it definitely needs some work.

Been waiting for this app for awhile since I have wanted an actual mobile interface for SWOL.  Was able to play with the beta and saw some issues but knew they would get ironed out. 
V1.0.9 is out now and there are still problems. First, the server names are confusing.  What is the one we need to actually connect to to use the system?
Second, some input field my text comes up blank even though the cursor moves (example:forget password area).  And even if I type something in the execute button does not work. Please fix this ASAP as I can’t wait to enjoy this
