Can’t read NJ ID if the last name is printed first and then says go to the desk to verify … well that’s just pointless…

No point errors every time you try and use it. Thought it would be helpful. Deleted and reinstalled and continue to have the same problem.

Every time I have to buy a new ticket I’m forced to delete the sports wrench app and reinstall it in order for my new ticket to be seen by the app. While this works, it’s not ideal.

Not as advertised.  Take your photo, upload your ID, save time is not true.  The folks working admission ask for ID everytime and unaware of what app states
App also has no other functionality.  Schedules just redirect you to website.

Makes you take pictures of yourself from different angles. Then it requires you to smile for your profile picture and won’t accept a closed mouth smile. I finally realized that when it accepted a grimace face where I bare my teeth like I’m a vampire. After all of that it rejected everything because it said my name did not match my driver’s license. Colorado it lists your last name first. Stupid app.

Face scan doesn’t work for the 2nd year, won’t show tournament schedules still have to go to the site and search the tournament.

I try this app before every
Tournament. I can never get past the log in. I put my info in and the screen goes white and canny do anything. I’ve tried updating, deleting, etc. I tried reaching out to support, but it is only for tournament support- not app support.

Downloaded, logged in, from there I only get a white screen and nothing more.  Tried restarting, power reboot.  Nothing is working and the app is worthless.

This app saved me from having to wait in an hour long line! Download the app. Login. Scan your face and ID to get verified. Buy your ticket. Cut the ENTIRE line for the Express Line where a person is waiting to scan your ticket. I did this to avoid pulling out my ID every time I enter the tournament but the Express Line was the real hero.
